Sally Brown is Charlie Brown's younger sister. She looks up to her big brother, and is the only kid who has any respect for him. However, she does turn against him sometimes, usually when she feels she has been given bad advice. She feels as though she's old enough to look after herself, and doesn't need her big brother anymore. She also has a huge crush on Linus. She has a lot of difficulty understanding her schoolwork, which usually lands her in trouble.

Peppermint Patty is the boisterous manager of the out-of-town baseball, and football teams. She's the only character who actually likes Charlie Brown, affectionately referring to him as 'Chuck'. Whenever possible, she likes to visit, and play on Charlie Brown's team, usually taking over by the end. She doesn't seem to realize that Snoopy is actually a dog, and constantly calls him the 'kid with the funny nose'.  She is also a believer in the 'Great Pumpkin', after Linus told her about him over the phone.

Pig Pen is the dirtiest kid in Peanuts, literally. He doesn't have any control over how clean or dirty he is. As soon as he steps outside, no matter how clean, within a few minutes, he will be covered with dust and dirt. He plays on Charlie Brown's baseball team as second baseman, but usually can't be seen, as he blends in with the rest of the field.

Shermy is one of the four original Peanuts. He tends to hang out with Patty a lot. He was the first kid to ever insult Charlie Brown. Despite being one of the originals, he isn't used too much.

'Peanuts' years of creation

Patty is another of the four original Peanuts, and was with Shermy when he first insulted Charlie Brown. She usually takes over the task of insulting Charlie Brown if Violet has to be home, and loves showing off her roller skating talents.

Violet is Patty's best friend. She enjoys teasing Charlie Brown, especially by telling him she's not going to invite him to her parties, or shouting out 'nyaah's at him. Like Patty, she also loves to roller skate.
